This course is designed for students studying various aspects of Food Science, Food Technology and Chemical, Civil or Process Engineering. While the course is particularly directed at those involved in post-secondary vocational education, many of the laboratory exercises are also suitable for pupils in upper level secondary school or entry level university physics.
